摘要
目的研究小半夏汤(《金匮要略》)原药材制成的微粉制剂与传统汤剂对小鼠胃泌素的影响。方法以顺铂造模,观察不同剂型小半夏汤对小鼠血清、小肠中胃泌素的影响。结果用药后小半夏汤汤剂组、小半夏汤微粉制剂组均可明显升高小鼠血清、小肠中胃泌素的含量(P<0.05)。结论小半夏汤微粉制剂的作用有优于小半夏汤汤剂的趋势。
Objective To study the different influences of Xiaobanxiatang superfines （XBTs） made of Chinese medicinal materials and traditional decoction （XBTd） on gastrin. Method The model of mice were made with cisplatin. To observe the effect of the different forms of XBT on gastrin in serum and small intestine. Results After giving medicine, XBTd and XBTs remarkably increased the gastrin in serum and small intestine （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect trend of XBTs was superior to that of XBTd.
