摘要
用石墨炉原子吸收法测定饮用水中铍,灵敏度高、操作简便快捷,但是由于存在严重的基体干扰。本文采用硝酸铝做化学改进剂可排除干扰。探讨硝酸铝的最佳使用量,改进效果,机理,以及对石墨炉操作条件的影响进行试验。结果表明改进效果良好。
Direct determination of metal element Beryllium in drinking water was very difficult while using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrpphotometry method, because of matrix disturbance. Adding Al(NO3)3, improving mechanism and effect, the effect of graphite furnace operation condition. The result shows that improved effect is excellent.
