摘要
以6种不同的有机溶剂浸抱桑树嫩枝皮,用其提取液制成的“信卡”对桑天牛进行引诱试验。经室内生物测定,结果以R、Z、S三组引诱效果最好,R组更为显著。根据室内外试验结果,初步认为R组、Z组溶剂可以提取出具有活性的引诱成分。为以后提取桑科植物(桑树、构树)精油,进一步引诱奠定基础。
The green barks of mulberry trees were soaked in six organic liquids,and filter pa.per cards were prepared with the different extracts from the above liquids.Indoor tests showed that the three groups of R.Z and S had better results of luringApriona germari to eat.And the luring effect of group R was observed the best.Indoor and outdoor experiments revealed that active attractants could be extracted from the liquids of groop R and Z.This provided the basis for further studies of the extractants from mulberry and paper mulberry trees.
