摘要
以稀土改性的固体超强酸SO2 - 4/TiO2 为催化剂 ,无水MgSO4 作脱水剂 ,合成了尼泊金丁酯。考察了影响收率的诸因素 ,其最佳条件为 :醇酸摩尔比为 3∶1,催化剂用量 2 0 g/mol酸 ,回流温度下反应 3.0h ,收率达到 90 .4 %。
Butyl p-hydroxylbenzoate was synthesized with modified by rare earth solid super strong acid as catalyst and anhydrous magnesium sulphate as dehydration.Various factors that effect the esterification yield were discussed.The optimun reaction conditions are as follows:alcohol:acid is 3mol∶1mol,catalyst amount is 20g/mol acid,reaction time is 3.0h and temperature is reflux temperature.The yield under the optimum conditions was up to 90.4%.
