摘要
思想政治理论课是大学生思想政治教育的主渠道和主课堂,在提高大学生思想政治素质方面具有不可替代的作用。思想政治理论课教师对思想政治理论课教育教学质量和水平起关键作用。作为大学生思想政治教育的一支重要的力量,其整体的创新素质、思想政治素质、业务素质和道德素质在某种程度上决定着大学生思想政治教育的实效。
Ideologic - political teachers play a crucial role at their relevant teaching class. As an important factor of ideo - political education, their qualities of innovation, politic idea, professional capability, and moral decide on practical effect of ideo- political education in certain extent.
