摘要
数制转换是计算机科学中的基础知识,了解数制转换的本质和通用的转换方式可以促进对常用转换方式的掌握和新方法的提出.文章从数和数的表示这些基本概念出发,介绍了二、八、十、十六进制这些数的表示方式的异同点,说明不同数制转换的本质及转换的可行性,给出一个最基本的通用转换公式,并对一些常用的转换方式作了推导说明.
The conversion between number systems is most basic knowledge in computer science. Knowing the essence of the conversion and general conversion method could facilitate the understanding of common conversion methods and the investigating on the newer. This paper briefly introduces the concepts of number and number representation, binary system, octal system, decimal system and hexadecimal system, and the fact and feasibility of the conversion between number systems are presented. The general conversion method is given and some common conversion methods are derived from the general.
