摘要
目的观察养胃清热方治疗胃热上蒸型牙周炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组、甲硝唑平行对照的临床研究设计,观察养胃清热方对胃热上蒸型牙周炎患者临床症状、牙龈指数、牙周袋深度的影响。结果两组疗程均为14天,治疗组(31例)总有效率为87.1%,对照组(33例)总有效率为84.85%(P>0.05);两组治疗前后的主要症状均有显著改善,牙周袋深度无明显改善。结论养胃清热方能明显改善胃热上蒸型牙周炎的临床症状。
To study the effects of Stomach-Nourishing and Heat-Clearing Decoction in the treatment of periodontitis of stomach heat, random and parallel control were adopted to compare the effects of Stomach-Nourishing and Heat-Clearing Decoction and Metronidazole on clinical symptoms. Results The total effective rate was 87.10% in treatment group and 84.85% in control group（P〉0.05）;the chief symptoms were improved in both groups;the depth of periodontal pockets were not improved in both groups.
