摘要
从校本课程的理念与内涵、高职院校定位与校本课程开发的关系两个方面指出，校本课程是一种新的课程形态，其开发代表着一种全新的课程理念，高职院校进行校本课程开发。可以张扬学生个性、提高学生就业竞争力。构建学校特色、弥补分科课程不足，促进教师专业发展。高职教育校本课程开发应遵循独特性原则、综合实践性原则和先进性原则。在实施校本课程开发时要采取“典型示范。逐步推广”的渐进式推广策略。循序渐进；同时，校本课程具有很强的时效性和变化性。一般不固化成带共性的稳定的教材；校本课程开发要付出很大的工作量。因此要建立长效的校本课程开发激励机制。
Based on the idea and content of college -based curriculum and relationship between location of higher vocational education, college - based curriculum is a new course form and represents a brand -new idea of course. Higher vocational college -based curriculum can enhance students＇individual characters, raise students＇competitive abilities, construct the characteristics of colleges, remedy the insufficiency of the different courses and bring about an advance of teachers＇specialities. Curriculum development should follow independent principle, practical principle and advanced principle. It also should adopt the strategy of ＂ model demonstraion, promoting gradually＂ in an orderly way; Meanwhile it is effective in a given period of time and variable and therefore it is not necessary to socidificate the curriculum as a general and steady teaching material; Developing their own curriculum demand a lot of hard work, an effective incentive mechanism of curriculum development should be set up.
