摘要
目的:调查广州地区变应性鼻炎患者常见变应原的分布情况,为防治方案提供科学依据。方法:对怀疑为变应性鼻炎的患者进行19种吸入性变应原及4种食物变应原皮内试验。结果:400例符合条件的变应性鼻炎患者的变应原测试以屋尘(82%)最高,其次为尘螨(77%)、混合变应原、多价昆虫、海鱼、海虾、花粉等。结论:广州地区变应性鼻炎患者的常见变应原为屋尘、尘螨,食物中海产品所引起的过敏也不容忽视,临床上应重视环境及饮食习惯对其防治的重要意义。
Objective： To study the prevalence allergen among patients of allergic rhinitis, providing science for the prevention and cure allergic rhinitis. Methods ： By the intracutancous test with the allergic rhinitis patients that doubted. Result ： In the 400 pass muster examples, the positive rates ofhousc dust is highest （80%）,then is D.farinae （77%）,polyvalent insects,sea fish,sea shrimp, pollen,etc.. Conclusion ： In Guangzhou area the prevalence allergen are house and D.farinae,and it＇s the important meaning of the prevention and cure allergic rhinitis to attent the environment the prevention.
