复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

摘要目的:观察复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:用单硝酸异山梨酯作为对照,服药前后记录心绞痛症状、心电图ST-T改变、动态心电图缺血性ST-T改变的时间、血黏和血脂的情况。结果:复方丹参滴丸治疗后,病人心绞痛总有效率为94%,心电图改善总有效率为72%,动态心电图缺血性ST-T改变的时间(分钟)由(115.45±12.34)改善为(15.28±2.32),与单硝酸异山梨酯治疗的对照组相比,有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效明显,且没有任何的毒副作用。 Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of FuFangDanShenDiWan in patients with angina pectoris. Methods： 50 patients with angina pectoris were treated by FuFangDanShenDiWan and the symptoms, ECG （ischemic ST-T changes）,holter ECG,blood viscosity and blood fat were recorded. Resultst The total efficacy of FuFangDunShenDiWan to the improving of Angina Pectoris amounted to 94%, that to the improving of ECG amounted to 72 %,the improving time （minutes） of holter ECG from （115.45±12.34） to （15.28 ±2.32）.The therapeutic efficacy of FuFangDanShenDiWan is higher than isosorbidi mononitratis with significant difference between these two drugs （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： FuFangDanShenDiWan is useful to the treatment of angina pectoris and without any side effect.
