摘要
介绍了油液分析的特点和基本理论,以及油液分析界限值制定的两种方法——统计法和线性回归法.将两种方法应用于综合传动可靠性台架试验,从浓度和浓度梯度两方面对综合传动进行故障诊断,从而保证了在综合传动样机不严重损坏的前提下顺利完成可靠性试验.
The characteristics and basic theory of the oil analysis were introduced. The statistics and linear regression measures of the oil analysis for threshold were adopted, in order to make sure the accomplishment of the power-shift steering transmission reliability test and without damage of the prototype at the same time, is was also discussed that how to use the threshold method to solve the fault diagnosis problems through the concentration and trend ways.
