摘要
针对液压泵多故障诊断和特征提取上的瓶颈问题,提出了应用概率因果模型的液压泵故障诊断法,以斜轴泵为例,在分析其故障特征的基础上,从测得的振动信号中提取故障特征频段,建立模型,以遗传算法实现对故障的搜索,实验结果与事实相符,从而为液压泵多故障诊断提供了一条有效途径。
Aimed at the difficulties of multi-faults diagnosis and the characters pick-up of the hydraulic pump, the probability causal model was described and applied in the hydraulic pump fault diagnosis. Taking oblique axes pump for example, the faults diagnosis model was set up based on the analysis of the pump' s fault characters and picking up the fault character from the vibrancy signal, and the faults was searched by genetic algorithm. The numerical experiment illustrated that this method improved the multi-faults diagnosis efficiency.
