摘要
潜在课程的研究受到越来越多的人的关注。作者从法学教育的主要内容和特征入手,结合当前实际,努力分析和讨论法学教育中潜在课程的育人功能及其开发利用。
More and more people are concerned about the research of hidden curriculum. Starting from its content and characters of law education, connecting with its actual situation, the author tries to analyze and discuss about the function in educating people and the application of hidden curriculum in law education.
