摘要
目的设计磺胺嘧啶银凝胶处方,并进行质量控制。方法以CMC-Na,甘油为基质,制备磺胺嘧啶银凝胶,用永停滴定法测定其含量,并留样观察其稳定性。结果所得凝胶质量稳定,含量准确,平均加样回收率为101.2%,RSD=1.1%(n=6)。结论该凝胶制剂处方简单,质量可控,为一种理想的医院制剂。
Aim To design the prescription of the gel,and control its quality. Methods CMC-Na and glycerol was used as the main material to prepare the gel,ang dead-stop titration was used to determine the content of sulfadiazine silver. Then the gel was stored in general condition to study the stability. Results The quality of gel was stable, and the content of the gel was accurate. The average recovery was 101.2 %, RSD = 1.1% （ n = 6）. Conclusions The preparation and quality control of the gel were reliable and convenient. So it can be used for clinic.
