摘要
目的 :制备丹皮酚w/o/w型复乳型凝胶。方法 :采用司盘 - 80和三乙醇胺皂为复乳的乳化剂 ,以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC Na)和聚乙烯醇 (PVA 12 4)作为混合型亲水性凝胶基质。结果 :制得丹皮酚w/o/w型复乳凝胶 ,具有药物浓度高 ,不易挥发 ,作用持久 ,成膜性好。结论
Objective: To prepare a new multiple emulsion type gel of paeonol. Methods: Span 80 and Triethanolamine were used as emulsifiers of the multiple emulsion, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC Na) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA 124) were substrates of mixed hydrophilic gel. Results: The multiple emulsion type gelprepared possessed the merits of high concentration of drug, uneasily volatilizating, persistentation and good film forming. Conclusion: The multiple emulsion type gel of paeonel has the sustained release action.
