摘要
目的采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定硫酸链霉素的含量.方法利用硫酸链霉素的专属反应-麦芽酚反应,用硫酸铁铵溶液作为显色剂,检测波长为528 nm.结果供试品含量在2.0054~10.272 mg的范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999,加样回收率:99.0%,RSD=0.5%(n=6).结论该法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为该制剂的快速测定方法.
Aim To determine streptomycin byUV speetrophotometry. Methods Detection wavelength of 528nm was specified. Results A methodological survey pointed out there is a good lineafity between 2. 0054 to 10. 272 mg. The corresponding average recovery is 99.0%, RSD 0.2% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion The method was found to be simple, rapid, accurate in deterrning of streptomycin in its suppositorles
