摘要
利用硫酸链霉素的麦芽酚反应，建立硫酸链霉素滴鼻乳剂的比色法含量测定。方法简便快速，平均回收率为９９．８％，变异系数为０．９７％。
The maltol reaction of streptomycin salfate was adopted for the detemination of content of streptomycin salfate in the streptomycin nasal emilsion. The average recovery of streptomycin salfate was 99.8%(RSD=0.97%).This methed is simple,rapid and accurate.
