摘要
目的:总结直肠癌的近年治疗方法。方法:复习近年来相关资料。结果:术前术后化、放疗;术中直肠系膜的切除及采用吻合术保肛,降低局部复发率。结论:术中直肠系膜切除,吻合器的使用是目前治疗直肠癌的理想方法。
Objective：To summarize the therapeutic methods in treating rectal cancer in recent years. Methods：Reviewing related informations in recent years. Results： Preoperative and postoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy,excision in mesorectum and anastomosis could lower the recurrence rate in region. Conclusion：Excision in mesorectum and application of anastomat during operation are the ideal methods in treatment of rectal cancer.
