短路过渡电弧的稳定性

摘要 论述了CO2气体保护电弧焊短路过渡过程的机理和飞溅成因,分析了当前提高短路过渡电弧稳定性的主要控制方法及其利弊,介绍了用混沌控制理论来改善短路过渡电弧稳定性的方法和已取得的进展及提高短路过渡电弧稳定性的控制方法的发展趋势。 The paper discussed the mechanism of the short circuit transfer process of CO2 gas-arc welding and the cause of the spatter. Several main methods used currently to improve the stability of the short-circuiting transfer are were described, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were also analyzed respectively. Chaos control theorem was used to improve the stability, the achievement of which was attained in this field. The development trend of the control methods of improving the stability of short-circuiting transfer arc was indicated.
