摘要
本文简要介绍了 CO2 气体保护电弧焊的特点及熔滴过渡形式 ,在此基础上综述了对 CO2 气体保护电弧焊飞溅多、成型不好等缺点的解决办法 ,如 :早期的控制焊接工艺参数 ,在焊接回路中加入电感、改善焊接材料及现在研究较多的波形控制法等。
In this article, we introduce the characteristic and the globular transfer type of CO 2 shield welding briefly;furthermore,discuss the resolution of its shortcomings(such as more spatter,worse deformation)in detail,for examples,the early control parameters of welding,adding inductance to welding return circuit,improving welding metal,and adopting the wave control in welding circuit to which more attention is paid to.
