摘要
提出了一种可以考虑负荷波动的节点静态电压稳定指标,该指标可以表示节点静态电压崩溃的概率,进而识别出系统的薄弱节点。基于这一指标提出了一种保证节点静态电压稳定的切负荷算法。IEEE 30节点系统的仿真结果表明所提出的节点静态电压稳定指标计算简单快速,可用于电力系统运行状态的实时监视。
A new nodal static voltage stability index in which the load fluctuation can be considered is proposed. This index can reflect the probability of node static voltage collapse, and then the weak node of power system can be identified. Based on this index a load shedding algorithm to ensure node static voltage stability is put forward. Simulation results of IEEE 30-bus system show that the calculation of the proposed nodal static voltage stability index is simple and rapid, so it can be used in real-time monitoring of power system operating condition.
