摘要
白酒是我国传统的民族工业。历届评酒会既是国家在不同历史时期对白酒工业产业政策的体现,又起到指导消费和推动了不同历史时期酒类科学技术生产的不断发展、检验当时产品质量水平的作用。每次评酒会后均涌现出了一批不同类型、不同香型的白酒。全国自1952年第一届评酒会开始,至1989年已进行了5届。综观5次全国评酒会,其对白酒工业的发展具有重要的推动作用。
Liquor-making industry is a traditional and national industry in China. All previous National Liquor Tasting Conferences not only reflected the liquor-making industry policy at that time but also guided liquor consumption and advanced further development of liquor-making science and technology in different period and checked liquor product quality. A number of liquor of different type and flavor would generally come forth after the conference. There had been held five sessions in total since 1952 (the first session of conference) to 1989. All the previous five sessions played significant roles in the development of liquor-making industry.
