基于模糊推理的白酒专家调味系统

摘要 调味是白酒生产过程中的一项关键技术。本文提出一种简单、高效的专家调味系统。系统将专家的调味经验表示成知识,形成调味规则,建立调味专家知识库和模糊推理算法。首先采集模糊化的品评数据,采用模糊推理准则对基础酒进行评判,从而确定调味方案。实例分析证实专家调味系统能够有效的确定调味方案,并能稳定白酒的质量。 Flavor-treating is a key technique in liquor production. A simple and efficient professional flavor-treating system was put forward in this paper. In the system, flavoring-treating experience was expressed in knowledge and relative flavoring-treating rules and flavoring-treating knowledge bank and the fuzzy reasoning algorithms were set up. In practice, fuzzy data were gathered at first, and then base liquor was judged according to fuzzy seasoning rules to determine proper flavor-treating program. The practical facts proved that the system could effectively select proper flavor-treating program and also stabilize liquor quality.
