摘要
基于柴油机缸内工作过程的数学模型,在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下建立了一个涡轮增压发动机的仿真模型,详细描述了柴油机、增压器的热力学和动力学子模型。该模型主要用于研究电控单体泵式柴油机中的各种控制参数对性能的影响,也用于调整喷油正时的控制策略。以YC6112柴油机为仿真对象,给出了典型稳态过程的仿真结果。由于大部分采用非线性模型,该系统能很好的满足动态仿真的精度要求,也解决了准线性模型大量依赖试验和经验数据的问题。
Based on the mathematical model of in-cylinder working process,a simulation model of electronic unit pump diesel engine is established in the environment of MATLAB/SIMULINK.The thermodynamic and dynamic submodels of diesel engine and turbocharger are described in detail. The model allows to study the influence of difference parameter and to adjust the control strategy of the injection timing. The simulation of YC6112 diesel engine is made and a typical result is given. Because of the non-linear model of diesel,the system can meet the requirement of precision well and solve the problem that it mainly depends on the experiments in quasi-linear simulation model.
