传统设计凸轮轮廓的方法是作图法和解析法.前者过于麻烦,效率很低;后者不够直观,难以在设计中看到设计的结果.以MATLAB作为开发语言进行平面凸轮轮廓的可视化设计,不仅设计过程快速精确,也可以将设计结果图形显示,通过人机交互方式修改、优化初始参数,从而进一步提高凸轮轮廓的设计质量.
The chief work of cam mechanism design is to decide the outline curve of the cam. Traditional design way is graphics or analytics. The former involves a hard drawing work, while the output of the latter is not directly perceivable. Visual design based on Matlab can produce accurate and graphical result in short time, so you can optimize your design by selecting the suitable parameter of the cam.
