摘要
引入能抑制熔石英析晶的添加剂,用传统的热压烧结方法制得致密的切短碳纤维补强增韧熔石英复合材料(Csf/SiO2),并研究了在不同烧结温度、不同纤维含量条件下复合材料的组织结构、力学性能及热膨胀特性,所制的复合材料基体保持非晶态,碳纤维随机取向均匀分布,补强增韧效果明显。
In this article high density Csf/SiO2 composites are successfully fabricated with the addition of retarding crystalliation of SiO2. The composites with different amount of carbon fibers are hot pressed at different temperature. The microstructure, mechanical properties and thermal expansion characteristics are studied. In these composites, SiO2 matrix remains armorphous and the short carbon fibers are randomly oriented and uniformly distributed. The strengthening and toughening effects are very obvious.
