连续纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料的研究进展 被引量:28

摘要 从基体和纤维的选择、增韧机理、制备工艺等方面综述了国内外连续纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料(FRC-MC)的研究现状。介绍了纤维增韧陶瓷的几种主要增韧机制。着重阐述热压烧结法、化学气相渗透法、反应熔体浸渗法、先驱体转化法和溶胶-凝胶法等复合材料的制备工艺和原理,并分析各种制备工艺的优缺点。概述了连续纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料近年来在航空航天发动机、刹车系统、轻型光学反射镜及热保护系统等领域的应用。最后指出有待解决的问题和今后的主要研究方向。 The research status quo in continuous fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite(FRCMC) at home and abroad is reviewed.The chief mechanisms of fiber reinforced ceramic are introduced.The principles and processing characteristics for preparing FRCMC,including slurry impregnation/hot pressing,chemical vapor infiltration,reactive melt infiltration,polymer impregnation/pyrolysis and Sol-Gel processes are elaborately described.The advantages and disadvantages of every process are analyzed.The applications of FRCMC on aerospace engine, braking systern, light-mass optical mirror and thermal protective system and so on are summarized. Problems for further research and key study aspects in the future are also briefly discussed.
