摘要
课堂教学中学生的有效参与取决于教师的角色定位,教师应该发挥主导作用,但必须赋予新理念。为此教师必须当好设计者,让学生学会参与;当好组织者,让学生真实参与;当好评价者,让学生愉快参与。
Students'efficient participation is decided by the teacher's role orientation.The teacher's guiding function is neeessiory to realize students'efficient participation in class teaching,However it must he implemented under new idea. So the teacher should be a good designer to teach them how to participate in and a good organizer to ensure their real participation , also a good valuator to made students happy to participate.
