钙代谢及其相关激素与酒精阳性乳关系的研究 被引量:5

摘要 对低酸度酒精阳性乳患牛机体Ca、Mg进行检测,同时检测了其体内与Ca代谢相关激素的水平,探讨了Ca代谢及其相关激素与酒精阳性乳的关系。结果表明,患牛血清、乳清、全乳内Ca及乳清Mg含量均升高(P<0.05),全乳中Mg含量升高(P<0.01),而体内皮质醇(Cort)、甲状腺素(T4)与三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)含量均降低(分别为P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01),血清Mg、降钙素(CT)则变化不明显(P>0.05)。表明患牛处于慢性热应激状态,导致机体Ca代谢紊乱和乳汁中游离Ca、Mg水平升高,这是引起低酸度酒精阳性乳发生重要因素之一。 The concentration of calcium(Ca) and magnesium(Mg) in the milk, whey, serum of the cow suffered from the alcohol positive milk (APM) and related hormones in the serum were dectected in the test. The relationship between the APM and the metabolism of Ca and related hormones was explored in this paper. The results were as follows, concentrations of Ca, triiodothyronine(T3) in the serum and Ca, Mg in the whey and Ca in the milk in the test group increased significantly( P 〈0.05) compared with those in the control group; concentrations of cortisol(Cort), parathyroid hormone(PTH), thyroxin(T4) in the serum and Mg in the milk reduced greatly significantly( P 〈0.01) ; calcitonin(CT) and Mg in the serum changed insignificantly( P 〉0.05). It is concluded that the cow suffered from the APM is in status of the chronic heat stress, turbulence of metabolism of Ca and increasing in concentrations of soluble Ca and Mg in the milk is one of the most important reasons that leads to the occurring of APM.
