摘要
目的观察胸水ADA对胸腔积液鉴别诊断的价值。方法测定本院188例胸腔积液病人的胸水ADA,分别按恶性胸腔积液、结核性胸腔积液、漏出性胸腔积液三组比较。结果三组之间ADA测定值两两之间比较均有非常显著差异,尤其对结核性胸腔积液的鉴别诊断有较高价值。结论胸水ADA测定可作为胸腔积液的一个常规项目,有较大的指导作用。
Objective To observe the value of ADA in differential diagnosis of hydrothorax. Methods We detected ADA pleural fluid in 188 patients with pleural effusion. The patients were divided into three groups of malignant hydrothorax, tuberculous hydrothorax and transudative hydrothorax. The data of the three groups were compared. The value of ADA in any one of the groups was significantly different from the other two. ADA was great in identifying tuberculous and malignant hydrothorax. Detection of ADA can be routinely performed. It is very useful and can help clinicians greatly.
