摘要
刑事一体化是刑事科学及其刑事立法、刑事司法等实践活动发展的要求和趋势。犯罪心理学的研究贯穿于刑事活动的整个过程,在刑事一体化中具有重要而独特的作用。其在刑事科学体系中处于基础理论学科和应用学科的地位。犯罪心理学应从刑事一体化的视角深化和拓宽研究领域,进一步加强为刑事一体化服务的功能。
The paper holds that criminal integration is the requirement of criminal studies, legislation and justice while criminal psychology permeates the whole process of all legal activities and plays a vital role in the criminal science. The study in criminal psychology ought to be furthered for the purpose of better criminal integration.
