摘要
目的:评价奎硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法:以氯氮平作对比,奎硫平与氯氮平治疗门诊精神分裂症各30例,采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS),在治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、6、8周末分别评定疗效和不良反应。结果:两组治疗前与治疗后PANSS总分和各项因子分比较差异均有显著性;奎硫平的显效率为73.3%,氯氮平显效率为77.8%;奎硫平的不良反应少于氯氮平。结论:奎硫平治疗精神分裂症疗效好,不良反应轻。
Objective：Evaluate the curative effectiveness and safety of adopting quetiapine to treat schizophrenia. Methods： Compared with clozapine, adopting quetiapine and clozapine to treat 30 Patients of schizophrenia respectively. Adopting PANSS and TESS, we evaluated the curative effectiveness and side effects before and after and after the weekends of the 1st ,2nd ,4th ,6th and 8th week. Results： There is notable difference between the two groups before and after the treatment, the curative effectiveness of quetiapine is 73.3%, and the curative effectiveness of clozapine is 77.8% , the side effects of quetiapine is less than that of clozapine. Conclusions： The curative effectiveness of adopting quetiapine to treat schizophrenia is good, and its side effects are slight.
