神经传导阻滞及其发生机制 被引量:2

摘要 传导阻滞(Conduction Block,CB)是指动作电位不能沿神经通过某一特定部位进行传导。神经传导阻滞不仅见于器质性损害,也可见于功能障碍。在局麻、缺氧、中毒等情况下,CB持续数分钟至数小时;在髓鞘的脱失或受损时,CB可持续数天至数周。神经传导阻滞可见于多种不同的临床病变中,包括多灶性运动神经病(MMN)、慢性炎性脱髓鞘性神经病(CIDP)、格林-巴雷综合征(GBS)、嵌压性神经病、血管炎性周围神经病等。对神经传导阻滞发生机制的深入探讨将会有助于上述各种不同临床综合征的诊断与治疗决策。
