摘要
水权交易是水资源优化配置的重要途径已成为不争的事实,而合理的水权交易定价是制约水权交易的关键因素。基于交易双方的效用函数,从博弈的角度分别建立了水权交易准市场阶段和正式水市场阶段的水权交易定价博弈模型,并对正式水市场定价模型的纳什均衡解进行了探讨,讨论了定价中有关要素的相关关系,从而从博弈的角度解析了水权交易定价决策机理。
Water right trade that is an important way of rational distribution of water resource has already become the irrefutable fact, and rational water right trade pricing is the key factor of restricting water right trade. Based on the utility function, the pricing models of water right trade were set up in term of playing game about near-market stage and formal water right trade market stage, the solving of formal water right trade market stage were discussed and the relevant relations about key element to market price model of formal water were analyzed and and pricing decision mechanics were obtained based on the game theory.
