摘要
基于朗伯-比尔吸收定律建立了便携式非色散红外气体传感体系,并成功的应用于火灾现场生成气体的实时检测。该体系利用直接电调制的红外辐射源、窄带薄膜干涉滤光片和高灵敏度的TGS热释电红外探测器,很大程度地降低了系统的成本和体积,提高了探测灵敏度。通过对CO、CO2、NH3和SO2四种火灾现场燃烧生成气体在不同浓度状态下的测量,证明系统对所测气体可以达到了几十个微量级的探测极限,响应时间均小于20s,具有较好的稳定性,能够满足一定的测量要求。
Infrared (IR) absorption is one of the most reliable and accurate mesaurement techniques for gas sensing. We present a non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) system developed for absorption-based gas sensing. The system can provide a ralatively accurate method for the mesaurement of gas concentration. Several gases, including CO, CO2, NH3 and SOz, have been measured with this instrument. The results of the measurement prove that the system has acceptable sensitivity and stability with a detection limit of several decades ppm.
