摘要
本文从科学规范管理与服务职能,加快现代化的转换机制,建立新型的高校图书馆服务管理现代化体系等方面,论述了现代化高校图书馆如何把握改革大势,构建一个精简、统一、高效的现代化高校图书馆。
This article, on the condition of how to grasp the reform situation, elaborates a simplified, unified and highly effective modernized university library from the aspects of standardizing scientifically the university library management and service function, speeding up the modernized transformation mechanism, establishing a new modernized service management system of university libraries.
