摘要
采用邻苯三酚在碱性条件下自氧化产生超氧阴离子自由基(O2)的模型体系,研究ATP和Mg2+对O2的清除作用.结果表明:ATP对O2有明显的清除作用,对红细胞内容物有一定的保护作用,而Mg2+对O2没有表现出明显的清除作用.
The scavenging effects of ATP and Mg2+ on superoxide anions (O2 )was investigated with the model of O2 generated through the autoxidation of pyrogallol in alkaline solution. The results showed that ATP had distinct Scavenging effect on O2 and some protective effect on the oxidized hemoglobin content of human erythrocytes, and Mg2+ doesn't exhibit scavenging effect on O2.
