摘要
采用微量乙肝疫苗(总剂量6μg)对HBV高流行区的居民进行随机、对照研究,发现免疫Ⅰ组(疫苗<8℃保存)T_(12)抗体阳转率和保护率分别为90.8%和87.0%,和对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01);和常规剂量(总剂量90μg)相比,其抗体阳转和保护率基本相同。提示高流行区同样可以用微量乙肝疫苗进行预防。采用室温存放的乙肝疫苗作为免疫Ⅱ组进行免疫效果观察,其免疫效果和保护率与免疫Ⅰ组相比,基本相同。可以认为室温保存的乙肝疫苗6个月内可维持效价不变。本文还对其他问题进行了探讨。
randomised placebo-controlled trial of very-low-dose hepatitis B vaccine was carried in ahigh-risk pupulation in Jiangsu Salters. 300 healthy persons were confirmed to be negative for all HBV seri- omarkers. A 1-year observation showed that the anti-HBs positive rates in vaccine Ⅰ & Ⅱ groups were 90.8%& 87.6% respectively,and the efficacy rates 87.0%&72.7% respectively,which were obviously higher thanthose in the placebo-group. The results testify that the very-low-dose hepatitis B vaccine can be useful for theprevention of HBV infection in a high-risk population. Further sudy also found that the vaccination of hepati-tis B vaccine in the state of room-temperature 28℃ is similar to that in the state of lower temperature(8℃). Meanwhile,we researched other question in this study.
