苯胺掺杂聚茜素红薄膜修饰电极的研制及应用 被引量:4

摘要 利用循环伏安法研究了苯胺掺杂聚茜素红薄膜修饰电极(PARAN)的制备方法,并对电极的性能进行了电化学表征.利用该修饰电极对酚磺乙胺(DIC)的电催化作用,建立了对DIC进行定量分析的方法.在0.10 mol/L的高氯酸溶液中,DIC的浓度在0.10 mg/mL~1.5 mg/mL范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检出限可达12.5μg/mL.利用该法对酚磺乙胺针剂、片剂样品进行了定量分析,得到满意结果.十次样品分析结果的相对标准偏差小于4%,样品回收率在97.2%~101.8%之间,完全满足微量分析的要求. The preparation method of Poly(Alizarin Red) film modified electrode doped with aniline(PARAN) was studied by the circulation voltammetry, and the electrochemistry property of PARAN had test. Using the electrocatalytic action of PARAN on the Etamsylate(DIC), the electroanalysis method of determining content of DIC was set up. In the 0.10 mol/L perchloric acid solution, the concentration of the DIC had a good linear relations in 0.10 mg/mL - 1.5 mg/mL with the peak current, detection limit may reach 12.5 μg/mL. Carries on the quantitative analysis using this method to the Etamsylate injection and troche sample, obtained the satisfactory result. The relative standard deviation of ten samples analysis results is less than 4% and the recovery rate is 97.2%-101.8%, it completely satisfies the request of micro-analysis.
