摘要
通过对4所医院伽玛刀的使用效率、运营成本情况的调查研究,结果发现,伽玛刀设备价格昂贵,运行成本较高,治疗费用高,但目前伽玛刀设备的利用率不足,并且虽然伽玛刀设备投资巨大,运行成本较高,但伽玛刀治疗的成本回收率高。因此,建议政府应优化伽玛刀的配置,限制伽玛刀的装备,调整目前的配置结构,实现资源共享、合理定价,提高设备利用率。
This paper investigates the operating cost and efficiency of γ Knife in four hospitals. The results show that the procurement price of γ Knife equipment is very expensive, the operating cost and the therapeutic charge are high. But at present the efficiency of γ Knife is insufficient with high benefit return. So it was suggested in the paper the government should make rational price of γ Knife in order to optimize and limit the allocation of this equipment.
