摘要
牛鞭效应形成的本质是企业之间存在一定程度的对抗性,不能有效地实现信息共享。引起供应链牛鞭效应的主要原因有需求预测、批量订货、价格波动、理性对策、时间延迟和缺乏协调、供应链的结构等七个方面。尽管国内外有关牛鞭效应的研究是供应链研究中的热点,但就供应链中信息的价值这一问题没有很好的解决。增强供应链企业之间的信息沟通来抑制手鞭效应,具体的计算方法可通过1对N模型给出。
The essence of bullwhip effect is the opposability existing between enterprises, which makes it difficult for informarion to be shared effectively. The main reasons for the bullwhip effect are: requirement forecasting, order quantity, price fluc tuation, rational countermeasure, time delay, lack of harmonization and the structure of supply chain. Although research on the bullwhip effect is the highlight in the research of supply chain, the problem of the value of information sharing in supply chain has not been solved perfectly at home and abroad. In order to restrain or reduce the bullwhip effect, the communication between the enterprises in the supply chain should be enhanced. This can also be defined as information sharing, the specific calculating of which could be worked out by 1 - to - N model.
