摘要
复合实体共生模式工业共生网络的信息集成化程度普遍不高,这造成了供应链失衡和工业共生网络稳定性差等问题。针对此问题,分析了蒙西集团的工业共生网络及其信息流的特点。根据导致问题的信息流特点,对集团信息流程进行了再造,并采用Web Services技术面向集团信息集成化进行了框架设计。这套方案有助于提高蒙西集团工业共生网络的管理水平,增强集团的核心竞争力,促进集团发展循环经济。
Low information integration in comprehensive entity symbiosis and industrial symbiosis network results in such problems as supply chain unbalance and poor stability in industrial symbiosis network. Aiming at these problems, the characteristics of the industrial symbiosis network and the information flow in Melic Sea Group were analyzed. Based on the characteristics of information flow which led to problems, the information flow process was reengineered and the web service technique was adopted to design the framework of the information integration. The solution can help Melic Sea Group improve the capability of management in industrial symbiosis network, the core competence of the group and the development in circular economy.
