摘要
所谓高校分类,实际上包含着高校办学类型的区分与办学层次的划分这两个方面的内容。我国现阶段高校分类理论研究与实践运作中存在的最主要的问题,就是高校层次划分不清,问题的症结则在于研究型大学与高职高专之间的中间层次的高校定位不明确。地方高校就是处于研究型大学与高职高专之间的一个相对独立的办学层次,地方高校的这一办学层次定位具有现实的客观性与合理性。
Our tertiary insti-tutes can be classified in accordance with their types and ranks. A big problem in the current classification is that the ranks of all the tertiary institutes are not clearly classified. This problem results from an indefinite orientations of those institutes at middle level between research - oriented universities and professionsl colleges. The local tertiary institutes are of relatively independent ranks. This classification is fairly objective and rationsl.
