摘要
地方高校办学定位必须坚持科学发展观,要充分认识地方高校办学定位的重要性和必要性。地方高校要根据时代及社会发展、区域经济建设需要和学校发展现状实际确立其定位。地方高校定位要突出办学特色,包括发展目标、学科专业、人才培养和科学研究特色。
This essay states that local universities should adhere to the scientific development outlook to make the institutional orientation with complete awareness of its importance and necessity. They should orient their institution of higher learning in light of the social development, the needs of the regional economic construction and the state of the university development- The orientation should prioritize features like the goals of university development, disciplines and specialties, personnel training and scientific research.
