摘要
建国以来,我国高等教育质量保障取得了很大成绩,但也还存在许多问题和不足。在思想观念上,高等教育质量保障日益为人们所重视,但理论研究的深度还不够;保障主体上,政府在质量保障中作用突出,但高校、社会作用的发挥不够,特别是三者功能的耦合亟待加强;保障对象上,本科教学质量保障的重点地位已经确立,但其他层次、类型及活动的教育质量保障还很薄弱;保障手段上,高度重视评估评价的作用,但缺乏对多种质量保障手段的有效运用。
Although our higher educational quality assurance has made much progress since founding of the nation, there are many problems and shortages. In the ideas, it has been paid much attention to while the depth of its theory study is not enough. In the body of assurance , govern- ment play a prominent role in the quality assurance while universities and society do not exert well. In the object of assurance , the key status of undergraduate course quality has been established while the educational assurance of other levels and kinds of higher education are very weak. In the means of assurance , the function of appraisal and evaluate are highly valued. But the effective utilization of many kinds of quality assurance methods are short.
