摘要
大批量定制技术在制造业中正在得到应用,本文介绍了大批量定制技术与可重构制造系统的内涵及二者的关系,提出了大批量定制技术方法,介绍了机床可重构制造模式的优势和特点以及可重构制造系统当前发展存在的几个难点,指出了机床可重构制造系统必将成为21世纪最具有希望的制造模式。
Customization technique is getting application in manufacturing industry.This paper introduces the contents of customization technique and reconfigurable manufacturing system and the relationship of them.The technological method is suggested and the advantages and characteristics of such mode are introduced as well as the difficulties of reconfigurable manufacturing system existed in the reconfigurable manufacturing system will be the hopeful its development currently.The paper also points out that manufacturing mode in the 21st century
