摘要
羊湖电站引水隧洞总长5883m,为中2.5m的圆形有压隧洞,全线采用钢筋混凝土衬砌。施工区空气稀薄,严重缺氧,气候寒冷。混凝土衬砌采用中2.5m全断面钢模台车进行,混凝土由洞外拌和系统拌和,有轨运输进洞,混凝土泵送入仓。全断面钢模台车由钢模、台车和外部支撑三部份组成,钢模的构成方式为“三铰两缝式”。本文介绍了羊湖电站引水隧洞混凝土衬砌中应用中2.5m全断面钢模台车的使用情况和施工方法。
The power tunnel at Yangzhuoyong Lake project is a circular pressure tunnel with total length of 5 883m and internal diameter of 2.5m.The whole tunnel is lined with reinforced concrete. In construction site,air is thin,oxygen is lack and it is very cold. Concrete lining is carried out by a 2.5m diameter full face sheet steel form carriage. Concrete is mixed by batch plant outside the tunnel,transported into tunnel by rail and pumped into place by concrete pump.The full face sheet steel form carriage is consisted of sheet steel form,carriage and external supports.Structure of sheet steel form is'three hinges and two joints'Applicatinon and construction method by 2.5m diameter sheet steel form carriage in concrete lining in power tunnel at Yangzhuoyong Lake project is presented in this paper.
