摘要
解读文化与文明、生育文化与生育文明的概念,人们就会发现:导致出生人口性别比失衡的真正原因是由于不文明生育文化及行为造成的。倡导生育文明、构建性别和谐社会,需要家庭、社会和学校的共同努力。
Through the comprehending of the concepts of culture, civilization, fertility culture and civilization, we can see that the unbalanced ratio of sexual distinction is caused by uncivilized fertility. In order to advocate the civilized fertility and construct a balanced sexual distinction ratio, it is necessary for every family as well as the whole society to make great efforts together.
