摘要
作为我国快速城市化的产物,"城中村"出现的各种问题已经引起了我国学者的广泛关注,甚至被许多人称为"毒瘤"。文章从城市化的视角出发,基于对城市化的重新理解,认为城市化是一个过程,城市化应首先体现其内在的变化,其本质应该体现在具有地方特色的城市文化与文明程度的提升体现在人的城市化程度的提升。进而提出"城中村"的本质并不是阻碍我国城市化的发展,而是一种具有中国特色的城市化发展模式。"城中村"的城市化是一个继续城市化过程,即是一个内涵城市化过程,而不是"以旧换新"的表象城市化过程。
As a product of rapid urbanization in China, all kinds of problems that appear in the ＂urban village＂ have attracted much academic concern in our country, and ＂urban village＂ are called the ＂cancer＂ of city by many people. Base on the new cognition of urbanization concept, it is believed that the urbanization is a process, its manifestation the inside change. The essence is the promotion of civic culture, civilization and people urbanization. On the base of the above, we can see that the essence of the ＂urban village＂ is not to obstruct the development of our country urbanization, but a kind of urbanization development mode with Chinese characteristics. The ＂urban village＂ urbanization is a kind of ＂continuation urbanization＂ but not a ＂surface urbanization＂.
