摘要
本文认为,技术创新是企业实现可持续发展的不竭动力,当前我国传统产业的发展已陷入困境,必须以技术创新为动力,走向新型工业化之路。一是集中投入,在传统产业的关键性技术领域取得突破;二是加大投入力度,建立健全传统企业研发机构;三是实施传统产业结构调整,加快技术改造和产业升级;四是利用信息技术渗透、改造和提升传统产业;五是高度重视创新人才培养。
The author maintains that technological innovation is the inexhaustible motive force for the enterprises＇ sustainable development. The development of China＇ s traditional industry is now getting into difficulties. So, we should take technological innovation as the motive force and take a new road toward industrialization. The author gives some suggestions on this, such as the suggestions of centralized and intensified investment, implementation of restructure, the application of IT and the cultivation of human resources.
